Never comb your hair when it is wet
Most of us comb their hair quickly after a bath, as it is easier when wet. But wrong! Hair is more sensitive when wet and damp. For this reason, if you comb it quickly from the bathroom, you will cause your hair to break.
Pay attention to the use of towels!
If you quickly wrap your hair in a towel and rub it with your hands after getting out of the shower, let’s say that this habit is wrong. Drying your hair by rubbing it with a towel increases the risk of your hair breaking and falling out. My advice to you is to choose cotton or fiber towels to protect your hair.
Do not expose to high heat
Most of us use high-temperature hair stylers such as tongs to style our hair, but we must be very careful at this point because these devices increase hair loss the most. Before drying and styling your hair, it is recommended to use a protective spray against heat.
Do not make a tight ponytail
In the summer, most of us prefer bulk hair. But the ponytails made from the top unfortunately damage the hair. To prevent hair loss and breakage, you should collect your hair loosely.
Use hairspray sparingly
If you are using hair spray to maintain your hair condition, you should be careful not to use it too much during the day, as the hair spray clogs the layer at the base of the hair and causes the hair to be less supplied with oxygen. This dries out your hair and causes it to fall out. You should definitely reduce the use of hairspray. Even better if you don’t use it at all.
