You must follow these 3 skin care rules for clean skin!
1. Apply the maintenance works in the true order
The actual order in which you apply each artifact, your skin determines how well you can absorb them. In general, truth should go from the lightest work to the heaviest. Start with toner after a deep clean. The balancing facial toner prepares the skin for subsequent care and at the same time removes excess oil, dirt or make-up. In the next step, an ampoule and then a serum can be applied. A serum contains highly concentrated ingredients. It is designed to penetrate deep into the skin and nourish it heavily. After the serum dries (wait about five minutes), you can use a day cream or moisturizer. Sunscreen should be the last step of your daily skincare routine. Choose a mineral sunscreen with at least SPF 30.
2. Provide adequate humidity
While some steps in your skincare routine are optional, there’s one thing you shouldn’t be missing: moisturizer. When your skin is very dry, your body compensates by producing more oil. Extra oil can clog your pores, which can cause acne breakouts. But using the truth moisturizer can prevent your skin from drying out and becoming irritated. Make sure the cream is labeled oil-free or non-comedogenic, as it is less likely to clog pores.
3. Avoid touching your face
Try not to touch your face throughout the day, even if it is difficult. Touching transfers dirt, oil and bacteria from your hands to your face, which can lead to clogged pores and acne breakouts. You should also avoid popping pimples. In many cases, this will only make the problem worse and further inflame the skin.
