HOW DOES PENELOPE CRUZ START THE DAY?
“I get up at 7:30 in the morning, I need seven or eight hours of sleep every night. If I’m not working, I try to train in the morning. Afterwards, I have breakfast with my family, and if it’s school day, I get my kids Leo and Luna ready for school.”
WHAT DOES IT CONSUMPT FOR BREAKFAST?
“Eggs, fruit, home-made cereals or wheat toast and celery juice. At the same time, I take natural supplements and have an organic protein mix. I love organic arabica coffee with almond milk, but I don’t drink more than two glasses a day.”
WHAT’S IN THE REFRIGERATOR?
“We have lots of organic fruit, vegetables and free-range meat and fish in our fridge. We have quinoa, pasta, brown rice, coconut sugar, sweetener and chocolate in our cupboards. I love to eat healthy. I don’t follow a reasonable diet, but I love organic, healthy food, and my children eat this way too.”
WHAT IS SKIN SAVINGER?
“I do dry brushing on my body from time to time, it removes toxins. At the same time, my make-up artist Pablo Iglesias applied jade rollers to my face on the set of my last movie, and guess what? It really works.”
HOW DOES HE CARE FOR HAIR?
“I do all my own hair care! I grew up in my mom’s beauty parlor, so I know the secrets to healthy hair. I know the hair part, dyeing and drying techniques. I did Salma Hayek’s hair and makeup before a premiere. The house was out of power and I had to do all this by candlelight! It was a little challenging.”
HOW DOES IT STILL YOUR HAIR?
“I prefer natural. If I’m having a terrible hair day, I add volume with dry shampoo and make it messier.”
WHAT IS NIGHT MAKEUP STYLE PREFERENCE?
“I tend towards a bold style in my eyes and prefer a nude lipstick or the opposite: red lipstick and simple eye makeup.”

“I see what I feel at that moment.”
HOW DID HE ACHIEVE THIS CONFIDENCE?
“I took classical ballet training for 17 years and the benefits were huge. Now I just do resistance work and some cardio for an hour three or four times a week.”
WHAT WAS THE CRAZY THING HE DONE TO THE NAME BEAUTY?
“I think this is the perm I asked my mom to do at 13. Just like many young girls, I was emulated by Julia Roberts.”
HOW IS IT RELAXING?
“I try to train adequately and pay attention to my sleep hours. Just like I do Transcendental Meditation; I did this for years in my 20s and it really worked. A medium row long massage can also be outstanding.”
WHAT IS THE NEWEST PASSION FOR POSSIBILITY?
“Bio-identical hormones. I always read about nutrition and medicine, especially when it comes to hormones. Over the last few years I have learned a lot from doctors like Habib Sadeghi, Nigma Talib, Valentín Fuster and Dominique Fradin-Read and am grateful for the incredible information they have shared.”
WHAT IS THE NIGHT PLEASURE RITUAL?
“I always clean and moisturize my skin.”
